An elegant vintage Mikimoto cultured pearl necklace featuring beautifully matched round pearls measuring approximately 8.0–8.5mm.

The strand displays the luminous quality for which Mikimoto is renowned, with creamy white pearls showing soft pink and rose overtones and beautiful surface luster. Each pearl has been individually knotted, both protecting the pearls and allowing the necklace to drape gracefully when worn.

What makes this strand especially charming is its highly decorative clasp. Rather than a simple utilitarian closure, the necklace is finished with an ornate yellow-gold floral and scrollwork clasp accented by a petite cultured pearl at its center. The clasp is attractive enough to be worn intentionally to the side or even at the front of the neck.
